Buying ITV Products

As a new customer, you may find it valuable if we describe for you the process involved when you place your first order for Hope for Pets.

When you purchase Hope for Pets from our Take Care of Your Pet web site, we transfer you directly to the corporate website of ITV Ventures itself, where you can be sure your order will be handled in a secure manner via their online shopping cart.

First, you will be asked to fill out a short form, spelling out your name and your contact details. After clicking the submit button, you will be taken to a page thanking you for becoming a new ITV Ventures customer. On that page is a link that returns you to your order page, where you complete the purchase by typing in your credit card information on a secure form. Then you will receive two emails from ITV Ventures, the first thanking you for becoming a customer, and the second confirming your order of Hope for Pets.

You will be charged for shipping, based on how much your package weighs, so the charge rises very slightly the more Hope for Pets you order. You can select to have your order shipped via UPS ground, 2 day or next day shipping. You will be charged sales tax determined by the State to which your order is shipped.

ITV Ventures provides you with a satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely happy with the product, ITV Ventures will replace it at no charge, or offer you a credit for the price you paid (less the shipping and handling costs). You can also ask for a refund of the purchase price you paid (less shipping and handling, etc) for your Hope for Pets order if you return to ITV Ventures the unused portion within thirty days of your placing the order, with a Return Merchandise Authorization number written on the exterior of the package.
